Tips for the Chef:

  • Heat 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan.
    Add the still frozen product, 1 cup of water and cook with the lid on.
    After 5 minutes uncover, add some salt and stir repeatedly for another 3 minutes.
    Add chopped parsley.
