  • Whole mussels, half shelled mussels, razor shells, whole clams, raw shrimp or whiteleg shrimp tails, shelled shrimps or whiteleg shrimps, prawn tails.

Tips for the Chef:

  • Fry 10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, sweet onion, finely chopped, and a little chili pepper in a pan.
    Pour in the still frozen product and stir fry for 3 minutes, adding ½ glass of white wine. Wait 3 minutes for the wine to evaporate and
    add 350g of chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Ideal to serve with toasted bread or, alternatively, combine with pasta al dente and stir fry until well mixed.
